Made-to-Order Items
- Lace Closures and Frontals: Each item is custom-made to meet your specific needs and preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, the production process can take up to 21 days to complete before they are ready to ship.
Standard Shipping
- General Products: For all other items that do not require customization, the shipping time is approximately 3 business days. These products are shipped directly from our warehouse.
Lash Strips
- Pick-Up and Shipping: Our lash strips offer flexibility in delivery options. You can choose to pick them up in person or have them shipped to you. In either case, lash strips are ready for dispatch within 48 hours.
